This Site is provided for informational purposes — to share our menu, hours, location, and allow customers to submit catering inquiries. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You may not use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful or misleading content. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

Menu items and prices displayed on this Site are for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Actual pricing at the restaurant may differ. Availability of menu items may vary daily based on fresh ingredients and preparation.

Sarita's Taqueria reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or introduce menu items at any time. Promotional pricing (such as the breakfast taco special before 10 AM) applies only during the stated hours.

Online ordering is provided through ReddyOrder, a third-party platform. By placing an order through ReddyOrder, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policy. Sarita's Taqueria is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party ordering platforms, including but not limited to payment processing errors or order delays.

All online orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order if an item is unavailable. In such cases, you will be contacted promptly.

Catering inquiries submitted through our website are requests only and do not constitute a confirmed booking. A catering order is confirmed only after direct communication with our team and receipt of a deposit (if required).

Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. For large events (50+ guests), a minimum of 5 business days' notice is required for cancellation without penalty. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the size and complexity of the order.

Final guest counts and menu selections must be confirmed no later than 72 hours before the event. Sarita's Taqueria is not responsible for shortages resulting from last-minute increases in guest count.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Sarita's Taqueria or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

This Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Sarita's Taqueria does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarita's Taqueria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, and pork. While we take care to accommodate dietary needs upon request, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens due to the nature of our kitchen environment. Please inform our staff of any allergies before ordering.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
